Renewable Energy - Hurumanu

Aim: To make a solar-powered oven.

Materials: 

1. Scissors
2. Pizza Box
3. Straw
4. Marshmellow
5. Biscuit
6. Glad Wrap
7. Cello Tape
8. Tinfoil
9. Black
10. Ruler
11. NewsPaper
12. Black paper

Steps:

1. Cut a flap off the top of the pizza box leaving on the side connected onto the pizza box
2. Sellotape the tinfoil onto the flap you have cut
3. In the inside of the pizza box, place a glad wrap to cover the hole.
4. Use the black piece of paper to cover the inside of the pizza box leaving the hole the glad wrap that you used to cover the hole.
5. Then wrap the newspaper a small pole and place around the inner newspaper
6. Place contents(food) and put a ruler to hold up the tinfoil then leave it out in the sun
