So in Power To The People, we have been trying to make our own political party and try to create a difference in our society within our classes. I will be keeping you updated with our progression in this class. So here is my first recording of what I have done today:
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Mental Well - being
How I deal with my emotions?
I always keep my emotions to myself I know that it is unhealthy but I do. What I am starting to do is talk to my parents about it. So when I feel sad or un even I try my hardest to talk to my parents.
What is Mental health?
Mental well - being is having the ability to control your well - being or how you are feeling. There are many un healthy methods that you should avoid for your mental health. Such as depression and much more.
Who is the best person to talk to when you are at school?
The best person to talk to is the people YOU feel comfortable around. But if you do not know I would advise you to talk to your school council she/he will surprisingly listen to you. You can let all of the problems that you have and give it to her/him.
Who is the best person to talk to when you are at home?
The best person is either your guardian or sibling. Or go online to see who you can talk to. Show them that you are not happy then tell them why.
