Dear people that read this

Yesterday I did a activity this was...  Athletics.  We started off the day we some good old sprints obviously took ages for me because smallest to biggest. Two hours later, 4 hours later an eternity later (about 10 minutes).  Well when it was my turn I had ran against some of the fastest in the school. I came forth,  after we had our break and came back.  We started in the resting area with two wonderful teachers.  After that we did shot put.  I got a smashing 9 meters and proud at the same time.  I got the best score in shot put (As usual).  After that I went to long distance and came forth.  Rest then back on with high jump.  I jumped a thwacking 1.5 meters high.  Then went to long jump and did a impounded 2.65 in length.  After that I did discus made it into the finals for tomorrow.  Its tomorrow now and I got 3rd place.  My favorite part was shot put because I always came first.  My goal for next year is to try and get fist place at everything.

Sharks are huge bloodthirsty beasts.  But be sure that you don’t go near them or say bye bye to you arm. Make sure you are ready to feast on knowledge about diet and habitat about these extraordinary mammals.

Did you know that Most species of shark like to eat things like fish, mollusks, plankton, krill, marine mammals and other sharks!!!  They hunt their prey by using a special sense.  The sense is like a magnet this magnet connect to something right. So pretend that the magnet is the shark and the metal is blood they always get closer to him  1..2..3… go Fish or should I say bye Fish.

Sharks have adapted to living in a wide range of water habitats at many different temperatures. While some species like to inhabit shallow, the coast, others live in deep waters, on the ocean floor and in the open ocean. Some species, like the bull shark, are even known to swim in salt, fresh and brackish waters.

Let’s get into the fun fact about these beast,  It has been estimated that the bite force of great white shark is up to 4,000 PSI. For comparison, a tiger generates around 1,000 PSI of bite force.

In conclusion and my opinion I still think that Sharks are very strong and scary at the same time.  I would not like to swim past a shark unless I have the right gear.  Although people say that you stay still and the shark will go past. (Me) Swimming for my life(going wawawa all the way home).  Stay the hell away from them beasts or else you should say sayonara to god knows what part of  your body.

Hey guys I am back and today and I am going be asking for feedback.  I am looking for some feedback for a person named Mark Garner from the book 'Among The Hidden'. The author of this books is Margaret Peterson Haddix.  I have some information about Mark and would like some more information or something that can improve my work.  I take Mark as a stubborn boy because he always wants to annoy the family to take his anger away.   I am looking for feedback on how much information I am giving you about Mark Garner.

This is my last week at Canterbury Swim School.  Remember my last week post it was about how it first felt when I got in the deep blue don't forget chlorine.  It has been a dream, well kinda not because my eyes hurt from the chlorine.  I am still working on my freestyle goal. I hope that I achieve my goal on freestyle.  I am working hard to get myself a pair of goggles for my chlorine eyes.  I never got to achieve my goal so I will keep on working on it until I accomplish it. Although I got to have a shot at swim safety.  It was very fun and we learned a lot of great things for our under water safety.  Peace out.

Hey guys, I'm back with another post and today I am going to be talking about first day at swim school.  At swim school there are a lot of adults these adults a likely the ones that teach  us to swim either for emergency or just to learn.

In my opinion I think that I am not that good at swimming, because of my freestyle, I think that I am good at stroking and kicking but I lose to much oxygen .  So then my goal now is to not do too many strokes when I do freestyle so I have time to breath.  By the way this is a video of me dong a freestyle at Canterbury swim school.

The Cloud Gods

Hi guys welcome back to another post today I have a great piece of writing to show you. :)

I woke up to a great day of work.  The sky was as pink as a flamingo at the bright lake.  The clouds were as soft as a pillow.  It was ‘lala land’ when you looked upon the sky.  I was soon off to take another journey and share the love of giving young ones to other’s.  I flew high, low and even under ground to send these angel’s.

The baby’s weren't the only things that were magical, the clouds were too. Apparently baby’s came from clouds, I guess you could call them gods or as I call them a friend.  By the way my name is Fliznigmafer a.k.a Bob, a local bird that sends baby’s to their parents.  

We are all lucky but one because the one cloud are the deadly cloud this cloud does bring baby’s…  Baby alligators, tigers, rams and many more that may hurt you or are dangerous.  Then his animals kept on getting worser and worser every time so then he got up to the point that the bird ran away.  

Tho when the bird ran away it made the cloud angry and sad.  The emotions that flowed in him reacted to what was under him.  But then the bird came back with gear to protect him from the filthy babys.

Hornby Extravaganza

Hey guys, today I will be talking to you about something that I have performed and this would take quite a while to read.  I enjoy performing on a stage because I thing that it is an act of being strong talking to people that you don't know.  So I performed many great things (3) like Pasifika, Class and School for a school boys haka.  I love the Extravaganza.  I will put on the music that I will be performing with but sadly I don't have any video's of me dancing and rapping.

W.A.L.T rewrite what we have seen

It was the dawn of night when everyone is as quiet as a cat hunting for food.  He inhaled (breathing) then exhaled then looked upon the star’s, they are like nothing he has have ever seen before they bloomed in the dark night.  

He was doing his normal job, as normal but he was dressed as he came from the dirty streets.  He wore a rack as pants and goggles so no one got blind when they looked at him.  His hair, wait he has no hair that is what scares me the most.  His name was the Dream Giver a.k.a Bob.

He opened the door slightly to make sure no one was awake, they were all sound asleep.  He plunged his sack full of eggs on Jake’s bed.   There he was dreaming, giving, loving and many more to the children.  

While he was relaxing he did not notice that there was a book next to Jake’s bed, so while he was asleep he kicked an egg off the bed and it cracked open on the boogie man (book). Bob’s nemesis a.k.a Boggie he was the nightmare giver.  All was lost as they all had nightmare’s.

It was up to  Bob to stop them...

The Day Electronic's save the day.

I was a man, the man who sails to India, Somalia and many more different countries in a slow, boring cargo boat. They call me Speedster because when I was behind the wheel I was really fast and because I make irritating car noises when I think that we are going fast.   I loved the sea because it shone like a gem shining in the dark and the sun brighter every time it got closer to me.

I thought how can my life get better or should I say worse. I saw pirates boarding the ship so I went as fast as I could to the emergency button.  But it was too late because they had already reached me.

“Hand it over now. I am the captain and you’re an ugly nerd.  Now hand the hat and the key” said the pirate.  He hit the emergency button without even knowing. “Haha” I laughed as he has just made a mistake.  “Bye Bye Captain.” I said

About one minute after robots came out extinguishing every pirate that they saw.  They told the captain (pirate) to look out the window and saw his fellow’s he had been scared to death with and had a horrified face to come with it. Then he returned the key and the hat immediately to me the end.

Hi guys welcome back to another blog post.  Today I am going to be talking to you about what I have been making for a couple weeks. This term I have been making a creation about what happened to a person named Jesse Marcel.  Me and Khush (My partner) were working very hard to finish this and we are still working on but this time people are helping us. Jesse Marcel is a person who discovered a weird piece of metal that could not be broken and my model is about the setting.   Our idea was to make a diorama about what happened to Jesse Marcel.  I enjoyed creating these models and hope to do more in the future to share with everyone.  By the way there are pictures that I would like to show you about my creation that I have been working on.

This term we were learning about nurses, nurses are one of the main reasons some of the soldiers are alive.  This nurses had to go though hard times because they had to cure really hard things.  They didn't have things like antibiotics that can cure a lot of people.   The things that they had Dysentery, Pneumonia, If your arm gets cut it might get infected you has to be cut off, Sometimes the men got frost bites because it was very cold in Turkey and if you come back with a really bad frostbite on any part of your body you would have had to get it cut off.

The WW1 and WW2 nurses wern't wearing bright clothes like the ones these days. They had to wear dark green clothes.

The life that wonders in letters.

The adventure at Spencer Park

Success Criteria

I know I will be successful when….

• I use an opening statement that explains the subject of the report.

• The opening statement is followed by sentences that describe the event; what you saw, what you did, how you felt, what you learnt.
• Each paragraph focuses on a different aspect of the topic; travelling, the beach, the lagoon walk, playground.
• A general statement about the topic usually rounds off the report.

Last week on Friday about 150 kids and I went to the Spencer Park to explore the Lagoon, Beach and the playground!!!  So when we arrived we got set into groups of 4 that were put on our hand.  I was number 3 after that they would have made shore that we are in the correct group.  After that we were put in 3A, 3B and 3C.  I was in 3B with Miss Day.  

The first thing that my group did was have a 15 minute play in the playground.  Then we left to the lagoon.  We walked for a long time and found some left overs from horses (Horse poop).   Then we got to stand in this tiny hut that we had to take turns in we found some weird stuff in the hut.( Evil stuff )  

The we started to walk back when we got back we ate our lunch.  After that we went to the beach to collect some stuff to make a sculpture out of the things that we have found.  I started to collect some stuff with a friend in room 10 she is very kind and loves to share.  We found many things but we had to chuck many out because we had too much then we started to walk back then went back to school.

I didn’t really enjoy the trip because we had to keep walking and walking until we are puff so I was quite puffed and sad that we didn’t get to have a break at the park cause the only break that we had was at the start.

In Ako Ngatahi we had to write a narrative about a video. It was about a boy opening a present that was a dog with three legs. Here is the video of the present. I hope you enjoy my story.

The Present

Hello my name is Lasa, I am a professional gamer, I spend all my time playing game on my xbox 360. When out of nowhere there was my Mum just came walking through the door holding a box coming towards me.  Umm, did I do something wrong, In my head I started listing all the bad things that I did then she said I have a present for you I calmed down and gently opened the box seeing a dog in there.  It was blonde it was fluffy and it had blue eyes.  I said “Wow how awesome!” when I saw that he only had three legs “ugh.” so I threw him away from me I can’t believe you’ve done this Mom I said in a pissed off voice.  

Then I went back on my x line 360 later, Suddenly my dog ran to me acting all innocent and cute so I kicked him away saying why should I have someone as dumb as you.  Then he spotted a ball and woofed all the way there when he got there he ran and smashed himself against the wall “ha ha”.  

He finally got the ball and gave it to me I kicked it away with no interest in the dog he ran up and down left, right and then got the ball and gave it to me, feeling kinda cool and it was awesome because he was clumsy feeling sorry and saying I am very sorry for how I treated you I hope we can be best friends until we die . I grabbed the ball  and my crouches because of my left leg so when I got outside and shouted to my mum saying “we will be outside” then threw the ball as far as I could.

Learning Goals

This week we have been doing some interviews and we had to show our goals for this year.  Sadly I didn't do my goals because I had basketball training.  But hope you like it.
